Supported Payment Gateways
Pingzo supports localized checkouts to avoid conversion failures:
Indian Checkout (Razorpay)
Users checking out from India pay in INR via Razorpay. This natively supports UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), local netbanking, RuPay debit cards, and local credit cards.
Global Checkout (Lemon Squeezy)
International users check out in USD via Lemon Squeezy (Stripe). This supports global Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Managing Billing & Invoices
You can view transactions, download receipts, or update subscription plans directly inside the app:
- Accessing Billing: Go to the Settings tab, then click on **Billing**.
- Downloading Invoices: Scroll down to the Transaction History table at the bottom of the page. Click the **Download** icon next to any transaction to save your PDF invoice.
- Cancelling or Pausing: Click the **"Manage Subscription"** button inside the billing dashboard to access your Lemon Squeezy or Razorpay customer portal and make subscription changes.
Subscription Reminders & Expiration
We notify you early and provide a grace period to avoid accidental interruptions in your monitoring service:
- Automated Renewal Warnings:We send reminders directly to your email with a renewal link so your alerts never pause:
- Monthly Plans: Reminders sent at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiration.
- Annual Plans: Reminders sent at 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, and 3 days before expiration.
- 3-Day Grace Period (Razorpay Users):Because UPI and manual credit card renewals in India are not auto-recurring and can sometimes take 1-2 days to clear due to banking delays, we provide a 3-day grace period. Your premium monitors will continue running normally during this time.
- Safe-Keep Downgrade Policy:If a subscription expires past the grace period, your account downgrades to the Free tier. To keep your data safe:
- All but your single most active monitor are temporarily paused (not deleted).
- Any open incidents on paused monitors are auto-resolved so they do not show up as permanent outages on your status pages.
- Premium alert channels (WhatsApp, Webhooks) are deactivated.
- All saved configs will automatically reactivate up to your limits upon renewal/upgrade.
