Supported Payment Gateways
Pingzo supports localized checkouts to avoid conversion failures:
Indian Checkout (Razorpay)
Users checking out from India pay in INR via Razorpay. This natively supports UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), local netbanking, RuPay debit cards, and local credit cards.
Global Checkout (Lemon Squeezy)
International users check out in USD via Lemon Squeezy (Stripe). This supports global Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Managing Billing & Invoices
You can view transactions, download receipts, or update subscription plans directly inside the app:
- Accessing Billing: Go to the Settings tab, then click on **Billing**.
- Downloading Invoices: Scroll down to the Transaction History table at the bottom of the page. Click the **Download** icon next to any transaction to save your PDF invoice.
- Cancelling or Pausing: Click the **"Manage Subscription"** button inside the billing dashboard to access your Lemon Squeezy or Razorpay customer portal and make subscription changes.
